What happens if the weather is unsuitable and the flight is canceled?
For your safety, all flights are weather dependent. In the event of a weather cancellation by us, we will reschedule you for another date or you will receive a full refund if you wish.

The time depends on the sunset, usually we meet at 10:00 am at the starting point in Gosau Mittertal. The pilots decide on the day of the flight which location is the best.

The morning offers the best flying conditions. The cool and calm ambience enhances the breathtaking views and incredible landscapes. The actual balloon flight time is approx. 60-120 minutes. Weather permitting, we fly 7 days a week from December to the end of February.
